My research combines tissue engineering, respiratory biology, and computational omics to develop reproducible and physiologically relevant models of human respiratory diseases.
I focus on engineering advanced airway organoids through innovative culture formulations, improved differentiation strategies, and approaches to model specialized structures such as submucosal glands. By integrating advanced imaging, single-cell transcriptomics, and computational analyses, I investigate how inflammatory and environmental stimuli influence epithelial differentiation, tissue homeostasis, and disease-associated remodeling.
Beyond Research: I enjoy playing guitar, composing music, and exploring sound production. I am building a home studio combining traditional instruments, electronic synthesis, and digital music production.
