My research investigates how distinct cell types emerge, migrate, and organize during mucociliary epithelial development.

Using Xenopus laevis as a model system, I focus on the mechanical processes that coordinate cell movement and tissue assembly. By combining advanced microscopy with biophysical approaches and developing new experimental techniques, I aim to understand how cellular mechanics contribute to the formation of functional epithelial tissues.

Beyond Research: I enjoy reading, running, and watching Star Trek.
