Postdoctoral Researcher
My research focuses on understanding how cell shape, movement, division, and spatial positioning contribute to epithelial development.
Using quantitative live imaging, computational image analysis, and Python-based workflows, I investigate single-cell morphodynamics and their relationship to cell fate acquisition. I am particularly interested in making complex imaging datasets biologically interpretable and developing accessible, open-source computational approaches.
Beyond Research: I enjoy hiking in the Bavarian forests and exploring new places with my mini-camper.
