My research focuses on understanding how cell shape and dynamic cellular behavior influence cell fate decisions during embryonic development.
By integrating quantitative live-cell imaging with single-cell transcriptomics and artificial intelligence-based approaches, I investigate how cellular morphodynamics relate to differentiation and tissue organization. My goal is to identify how changes in cell behavior contribute to the emergence of distinct cellular identities during epithelial development.
Beyond Research: Outside the lab, I enjoy snowboarding.
